Z2Live is looking for a star Producer to join our team in Seattle. We’re looking for candidates with experience developing and launching online multiplayer games who have led cross functional teams, and have worked on a live service. Your new job will be focused on creating new experiences using our Social Platform and 3D engine technology that leads the way in mobile always-on gaming.

Responsibilities:

• Lead small, cross functional team to a timely and successful project launch and management of a live product
• Build and manage product development of live game titles and help generate new gaming concepts
• Manage the entire product life cycle, from creative concepts to development to release
• Coordinate and manage multiple resources and timelines: production, design, live services, art, UI, technical operations, etc.
• Determine and analyze key success metrics, and rigorously test and optimize for them
• Own the ultimate responsibility for the success and growth of the product
• Have a blast at the hottest social game company in Seattle

Experience:

• 4-5 years of experience in gaming, preferably in social or short session gaming.
• Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools
• Strong resource planning experience; skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
• Ability to initiate or implement development process improvements to achieve efficiencies
• Strong ability to set objectives, prioritize and organize tasks and assign resources
• Minimum of 2 shipped products with production credit.
